We are looking for an experienced developer to join our Nordic team to work with supportive and talented team members on interesting client projects using Microsoft technologies. If you love working with .NET technologies in a cloud environment, this is the job for you!

About the team
The Software Engineering Talent Community in the Nordics currently consists of nearly 150 members ranging between juniors and seniors. On projects, you will often be collaborating with colleagues from the other Nordic Countries and our global nearshore and offshore colleagues. Locally in Norway, the team has around 40 highly skilled developers, with expertise’s ranging from cloud native development, enterprise scale DevOps practices and implementing modern architecture patterns. We primarily work with Microsoft technologies like Azure, and we love it!
We often collaborate with other Talent Communities such as Infrastructure and Analytics that are specialized different technologies, which opens for a lot of learning and development opportunities within other areas of the Microsoft ecosystem. You will be part of a team with high competence and where personal development and quality in what we do is key.
Your normal day at Avanade
- Work closely with our clients and challenge yourself with enterprise scale projects using the wide technology stack from Microsoft
- Collaborate with your colleagues and client teams to deliver best in class quality solutions for our clients
- Support solution architects and sales as a subject matter expert by creating technical recommendations and implementing proof of concept solutions for future projects
- Increase your knowledge and keep up to date with the newest technologies and trends withing Software Engineering utilizing wide variety of internal and external training and information sources
Is this you or could it be with the help of our unlimited learning?
- You have multiple years of experience working with .NET and C# in a software development team
- You are familiar with Frontend technologies like React, Angular, Vue
- You have a passion for and experience with delivering advanced Azure cloud solutions and familiar with many of the services and capabilities of Azure
- You are already or plan to become Microsoft certified Azure Developer (AZ-204)
- You understand the principles around DevOps and have experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
- You thrive in an organization where the driving force lies in good cooperation and creating valuable change for our clients –” We change things for the better”
- You are analytical and enthusiastic, curious, and love to share your knowledge and learn from others, explore workshops, certifications or similar and find it natural to share your leanings
- You get motivated by designing and creating well-functioning software by using agile methods
