The role You will be working as part of the D-Team as an equal seal-team member of the Cloud Platform Team.
The purpose of this role is to develop state-of-the-art software solutions and build the best foundation for Umbraco Cloud.
The team is currently working on or expected to work on:
The Platform team is part of the Umbraco D-Team which consists of highly skilled Cloud Engineers, with a deep understanding of enterprise best practices. We expect you to participate on equal footing in the group. Your current title is most likely Developer or DevOps Engineer with a flair for Software.
Another important aspect is to help your teammates with less experience than yourself improve their skill set.
Work from anywhere At Umbraco, we have a work from anywhere policy that enables you to work where you see fit and are most productive. We would however prefer that you are not too far away in time zones for this role (our timezone is CET).

- Are friendly and hungry for acquiring new knowledge and building great products
- Are caring, conscientious, and a team player
- Have experience with training and developing Junior developers
- Enjoy sharing your programming knowledge and experience with your colleagues
- Speak and write English fluently
- Have a solid experience in C# and .NET
- Have a solid experience in working with Microsoft Azure
- Have experience with Infrastructure as Code
- Fluently speaking CI/CD and have practical experience with testing
Plus points for
- Experience with Event Driven development
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with Domain Driven Design
- Have built a website in Umbraco

- Integrating Umbraco Cloud into top-of-the-line CI/CD tools such as Github and Azure DevOps
- Managing releasing of upgrades for thousands of websites all over the world in under a day
- Building software to support our internal development teams succeed by building the best and most robust platform.
