We are looking for a technical solution architect ready to share and grow
The position is based in the Internal IT development department which is part of the workplace domain. In the internal IT development department we are currently 7 fulltime employees across Roskilde and Warsaw.
In the team we work with various financial IT systems and run different kind of optimizations projects, for the staff functions in BEC. We support the entire organization in Denmark and Poland (Warsaw), with everything from procurement of new systems to implementing projects that ensure effective working experience to our users and developers.
The department has mainly been focusing on delivering a new ERP (D365FO) to our CFO area, and for the last 6 months focus on system implementation and support for other staff functions has been increasing.
We are currently implementing several different projects for People & Communications area and Finance area. Involvement in the planning and designing the right solutions for the technical solution architect will therefore play an essential role in executing the planned projects.
Our current technologies and competencies are within the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365FO, Azure SQL, Dataverse and Power Apps. If these systems are familiar to you, perhaps you are our new technical solution architect.
Primary task and responsibilities
In the position as technical solution architect, your main tasks will be designing solutions to the end users and individually running smaller to larger projects, with a close collaboration with your colleagues in the workplace domain.

Preferably, you have an educational background as Master of IT and minimum 5 years of experience from a similar position working with IT projects, and have been working in similar environments where your skills as the technical solution architect and project lead have come into use.
Experience with working in larger IT organization would also be an advantage. Experience with IT architecture and system landscape design is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.

- IT architecture
- Evaluation and benchmarking new systems for BEC
- Responsible of running small to midsize projects within scope and budget
- Stakeholder management
- Test management
- Facilitate workshops on IT requirements
- Change management
