Become a part of Kamstrup’s Technology Software team

We are expanding our department and therefore, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master.
With direct reference to the Team Manager, you will become part of our skilled Software team in Technology Software. The team consists of highly passionate and professional colleagues, including Testers, Product Owner, Solution Architect and Developers who all work according to the Scrum methodology. We always strive towards developing and applying the newest technologies and methodologies. Together we will build next-generation solutions for Water and District heating utilities.

In the position as Scrum Master, you will play a key role in the development of high-quality software, with the responsibility for facilitating Scrum ceremonies across two software development teams. To succeed in the role, you need to manage expectations with the product owners, help the team optimize its way of utilizing Scrum and ensuring adherence to ceremonies, principles and practices. You will have amble opportunities to share your knowledge and influence how we take Scrum to the next level.
More specifically, you will be:
Personality matters
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master, who is passionate about Scrum and the agile values. You have a solid understanding of modern software development and at least three years of experience with Scrum facilitation. Furthermore, we expect you to excel in mapping business needs and managing roadmaps.
As a person, you get energy by empowering and coaching software teams. You know when to listen, question, and when to push, which helps you to build trust and team performance. You can work independently as well as in a team environment. It is natural for you to share your knowledge and to inspire and support your colleagues. Further, you contribute constructively to team discussions, and you enjoy finding creative solutions to complex problems together with your team.
It will be an advantage if you have experience with the following:
It is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish will be an advantage.

- Aligning and managing roadmap plan expectations with project managers and product managers
- Coaching and mentoring team members on Agile practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Guiding the team in breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Identifying and implementing continuous Agile process improvements and best-practice based on data-driven team performance metrics, sparring with your team and knowledge-sharing with other Scrum Masters
- Participating in the refinement of backlog tasks
- Promoting collaboration across the team and the organization to deliver the best customer value
