We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master/Team Coach as a key role for the system team in our SAFe setup.
You will work with a team of experts to develop solutions that make a real difference in the lives of our end users (hearing impaired people) and our customers (hearing care professionals).
The Role
You will be the SAFe Scrum Master for our system team named Poly in the newly formed Connectivity ART (Agile Release Train).
The name Poly was chosen to illustrate the diversity of responsibilities distributed over 2 main areas: Tools/enablers/solutions and DevOps definition and support for feature teams with their work, having efficient pipelines, well aligned test environment, etc.
The team members consist of dedicated individuals forming a great team working in both a friendly and professional environment.
Your main Responsibilities
As Scrum Master/Team Coach your responsibility will be to create an environment for high performing team dynamics, continuous flow and relentless improvement. Joining us you can look forward to the following primary tasks:

We are looking for a person who embodies the characteristics of a servant leader, who can coach, guide and facilitate a team of highly skilled experts to enable them to reach their potential and deliver world class solutions.
You should be excited about Agile software development within SAFe and Lean Agile leadership, creating a healthy and productive work culture and be capable of promoting relentless improvement in a team.
To succeed it is essential that you have at least 5 years experience with SAFe, Agile or other project management methods. If you are already a Certified SAFe Scrum Master this is an advantage.
You must also be fluent in English. On the personal side you are a good communicator, are open and approachable while remaining true to your values.

- Coach and support the team in self-management.
- Take leadership in our continuous transition to SAFe
- Understand the team velocity and support workload to ensure realistic team commitments
- Collaboration closely and ensure alignment with the System Architect covering Poly’s domain
- Work together with the other Scrum Masters in the newly formed ART, including through Scrum of Scrums, to ensure cross team alignment by identifying dependencies and supporting ART deliveries
- We are a medical device company and therefore it´s also important that you can enable the team to keep focus on documenting and developing solutions of high quality to comply with standards of regulated bodies.
