Are you proficient with Trustworthy AI and AI Ethics, including governance structures and processes in an international organisation? Then you might be our new Senior AI Ethics Lead. The position As our Senior Artificial Intelligence (AI) Ethics Lead you will be part of the newly established Clinical Data Governance department in Clinical Data Operations & Insights. Based in Søborg, Denmark, you will report to the Vice President of Clinical Data Governance. You will be a role model for combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of AI’s social, moral, and legal implications. The responsibility includes: Lead the development and implementation of ethical AI and trustworthy AI in clinical drug development Drive establishing in-house capabilities and use of best AI practices in clinical drug development Support leadership with strategic advice on AI ethics, and prepare teams for new guidelines, regulations, and industry trends Ensuring excellent project management of AI initiatives, oversight, and execution of strategic projects, optimising how AI ethics is implemented across the organisation Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: Relevant academic degree in computer science, philosophy, sociology, or similar Extensive knowledge and experience within the field of clinical data governance Demonstrated knowledge and experience of how to organise trustworthy AI governance processes and extensive technical knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in teams Excellent communication skills to present complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Business acumen and ability to translate business objectives into data science projects Fluency in both oral and written English Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus About the Clinical Data Operations & Insights We are currently almost 400 colleagues in Clinical Data Operations & Insights – across Denmark, India, North America, and Spain.
