The position is primarily located in Søborg, with flexible working options. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: A master's or PhD degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar. More than 3 years of experience in a data science role, with a focus on designing and implementing mathematical modelling/advanced analytics/machine learning products, ideally in a production-mature MLOps setup. If you are less experienced but you do find a position like this interesting, feel free to apply and state that you are open to a more junior role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business problems into solvable mathematical problems. Technically skilled and proficient in programming languages, preferably Python, and adherence to software development standards and CI/CD. Experience with Docker, ideally on Kubernetes, and prior experience with Kubernetes native projects (such as argo and Helm) is a plus. Knowledge within the pharmaceutical or medical field is an advantage but not a requirement. About the Department: The Data & Modelling department is the home of a team of highly professional, engaged, and motivated data engineers and data scientists, who take a core part in novel digital solutions throughout the clinical drug development value chain. The Data & Modelling team is part of the Development organisation. In Development, we are responsible for managing clinical drug development worldwide from early development phases to product launch. We provide medical and scientific documentation for clinical submissions and authorities while ensuring that the process lives up to global standards, regulations and business ethics.
