The position As an EHS Professional you will be joining a team of 5 talented professionals working with EHS in the Injectable Finished Products (IFP) site of Bagsværd. As our business continues to grow and develop, we are establishing a dedicated role in this team to handle, first and foremost, our project portfolio (including shutdown) and management of changes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Coordinating tasks related to EHS management of changes on site
Performing EHS assessments for changes in processes, facilities, and work procedures
Providing competent EHS advice and promoting the right behavior across the site, as well as participating in audits and visits from the Occupational Health and Safety Authority as needed
Tracking/following-up of actions from EHS assessments
Risk assessments and oversight for EHS during shutdown
Moreover, you will be tasked with providing local training in EHS management of changes to relevant stakeholders on site and ensuring that applicable EHS guidelines/legislation are followed. You will be responsible for providing inputs to E and HS Management reviews and sharing knowledge and communication regarding management of changes. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you have: A relevant academic degree combined with at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of environment, health, and safety, preferably from a regulated industry
Experience in participating in EHS inspections and audits as well as ensuring legal compliance within EHS
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and change management skills
Professional proficiency in English and Danish
