The Supply Chain Planning team is responsible for transforming and driving a complex end-to-end supply chain from a planning point of view. This encompasses managing demand, supply, production, warehousing, inventories, and distribution planning, and developing systems, processes, and people to ensure optimal customer service levels at effective capacity and capital utilization.

You will be responsible for our planning tools and reports across product categories and countries to ensure global standards. Together with the team, you will be involved in developing processes that correspond to Flügger’s strategy. You will report directly to the Head of Supply Chain Planning and be joining a team consisting of talented Supply Chain Planners and Master Data specialists. Furthermore, you will be having a close relation to Commercial including our own stores and construction projects, Product Management, IT and Production sites.

Your main areas of responsibility will be:

• Maintaining and optimizing planning tools which support Master Data, End-to-End planners, and Warehouse Specialists. For example, standardize and develop our capacity plans across production sites
• Translate business requirements into reports in Excel and BI reports, working closely together with IT to understand data structure and data bases.
• Analyze product flow in case of stock out situations, delivery issues to communicate to stores and Customer Support
• Participate in projects e.g., reduction of inventory levels, replenishment projects, phase-in and phase-out items etc.
• Ad hoc analyses for the management team
• Support the design, development, and implementation of planning process improvements

To join our Supply Chain Planning team, we are looking for a person with experience within Supply Chain Planning who has a continuous hunger to learn, grow and create results. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, great attention to detail, and with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate is a good networker, a team player and has a flair for data.

• Solid experience working within Supply Chain Planning, Production or Logistics
• A relevant university degree within e.g. Supply Chain Management, Management Engineering, Economics and Business Management or similar 
• Experience from retail or FMCG industry is a plus
• Super user in the Microsoft Office package incl. Excel and Power Bi
• Analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings in a relevant and persuasive manner
• A structured mind with a flair for complexity reduction and logical reasoning
• A solution orientation that strives to find actions to overcome obstacles
