The position
As Product Owner you will be responsible of driving, facilitating, and developing the roadmap and backlog within our agile team “Planning”. Together with dedicated colleagues, you will work on different initiatives, identifying new solutions to existing challenges as well as defining requirements and designs to implement best practice solutions.

To be a successful Supply Chain Product Owner, the following qualifications are required:

As a person, you are known for your high motivation, engagement, ability to create results and open mindset. You have excellent cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, and you thrive with taking the lead on problem solving when needed.
Finally, you have a good sense of humour and foster a positive work environment.
About the department
You will join 60 dedicated colleagues in our centre of excellence within Digital Supply Chain.
Digital Supply Chain is anchored in “Supply Chain & Finance”, within Novo Nordisk Product Supply and our main responsibilities are to digitalise, harmonise and improve global processes and solutions within the end-to-end supply chain. Product Supply have facilities globally and have key stakeholders throughout the end-to-end supply chain.
You will be part of a strong and highly engaged DSC E2E planning excellence team with 15 other colleagues specialised in Supply Chain.

The position
As Product Owner you will be responsible of driving, facilitating, and developing the roadmap and backlog within our agile team “Planning”. Together with dedicated colleagues, you will work on different initiatives, identifying new solutions to existing challenges as well as defining requirements and designs to implement best practice solutions.
Your responsibilities and success criteria will include :
- Ensuring a strong foundation, by driving standardised, harmonised, reliable, and digital Global Supply Chain Planning processes that continue to adapt to constantly changing business needs
- Setting clear direction for the Planning agile team, roadmap and to build and prioritise the team backlog, this is to be done in very close collaboration with the Process Manager, Product Manager other Product Owners
- Driving our superuser community within planning
- Ensuring the close alignment between superuser and our centre of excellence
- Driving improvements in both in the solution and the capabilities
Qualifications
To be a successful Supply Chain Product Owner, the following qualifications are required:
- Minimum of 5 years of strong business insight from similar Supply Chain positions
- Master’s degree e.g., in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business IT
- Natural flair for Global Supply Chain business process optimisation and IT systems
- Ability to set clear direction, prioritise and communicate a compelling purpose and vision with passion and urgency on all levels of the organisation
- 1+ year experience in Agile methodologies is preferred
