You will participate various projects related to construction of pharmaceutical production plants all over the world. You will work with suppliers within Utility systems, Process equipment and components. In these projects you will work closely together with many internal and external stakeholders where your main tasks will be:
  • Tenders, supplier selections and contracts
  • Frame agreements with key suppliers
  • Price analyses and negotiations within the category
  • Supplier evaluations and onboarding of new suppliers
  • Stakeholder management on multiple levels inside and outside the company.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for executing tendering processes, bid clarification and evaluation, and prepare and negotiate terms & conditions and contract. You will recommend and award suppliers as well as follow up on contracts. You will gradually gain full commercial responsibility for the procurement of goods and services to which you are assigned and build relations among stakeholders. Another key area of responsibility is that you ensure and safeguard that all sourcing and supplier related activities are conducted in full compliance with our standards and regulations. Balancing the business and project objectives regarding triple bottom line, risk assessment and deliveries in a complex setting. Beyond this you will also participate in the continuous improvement of our department’s activities, tools, systems, and processes in collaboration with other team members. Qualifications
    You hold either a Bachelor or Master´s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, Purchasing or equivalent experience. You have relevant experience within Procurement field, and you have acquired skills and knowledge from different roles. Building and maintaining good working relationships is vital to this role, and the ideal candidate possesses excellent people skills as well as a profound understanding of quality, time, and stakeholder management. You will be working independently as well as in multiple teams. You communicate with ease in English and have solid IT user skills. Furthermore, we like to see these traits in the ideal candidate:
