The position As our Senior Transport Validation Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing solutions for global compliant transport validations in collaboration with key stakeholders in a complex and highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will be part of setting the direction for transport validation principles for GxP materials for intra- and inter-site activities as well as for the global distribution of our finished products. Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:
  • Setup validation plans
  • Perform risk assessment for transport operations
  • Manage validation activities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Generate and analyze data from transport testing
  • Write and review statements, protocols and reports
  • Support Regulatory Affairs on transport validation submissions to authorities
  • You will independently drive several initiatives and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, from productions sites, Manufacturing Development, Supply Chain Quality, Affiliates and Regulatory Affairs. Qualifications To excel in this role, you have:
  • Master´s degree preferably within engineering, supply chain management, economics or similar and have insights into cold chain validation requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within transport validation or validation projects in a GDP environment
  • Strong quality mind-set and have demonstrated use of critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address, correct and prevent issues to make the right decisions
  • On a personal level, you are curious, ambitious and have a critical sense. Building trusting relationships across organisational levels is natural for you and you can influence the organisation around you. You are fluent in spoken and written English. We expect you to have a great interest in Supply Chain and validation processes and see every opportunity to improve the processes. You are a skilled communicator and capable of making effective recommendations, as well as effectively present your findings. You have the confidence and ability to set directions within validation and constructively challenge on all levels of the organisation. About the department
    Logistics & Distribution (L&D) is a central Supply Chain & Finance organisation in Product Supply, managing all cross-functional logistical systems and processes and Finance. We are app. 45 employees in Bagsvaerd (DK) and 10 in Bangalore (India) The department is overall responsible for the global distribution of Novo Nordisk products between production sites and to our affiliates and regional offices across the globe, focusing on delivering a high service while balancing the environmental footprint with the financial impact. Furthermore, we have the responsibility for storage of GxP products, covering both in- and outbound distribution. While taking the responsibility for global distribution, L&D is responsible for overseeing and complying with all regulatory and quality requirements related to distribution of pharmaceuticals, managing the distribution cost and performance management of our warehouses and vendors.
