Then you must join Novo Nordisk’s Strategic Sourcing unit and contribute to our exciting growth journey as an Associate Capability Building Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for the framework for onboarding new employees and developing experienced colleagues within the unit. As we are in an extremely fast-growing environment, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our department members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively. The position You will be part of the Strategy and Business Intelligence department, where we (from several functional perspectives) drive cross-unit assessment and projects, represent the unit in different fora outside the unit and contribute with value-adding sparring to the category management and sourcing departments in Strategic Sourcing. You will enter a thorough, yet fast-paced and ambitious environment, where we collaborate closely with stakeholders inside and outside Strategic Sourcing. As a person, you enjoy problem-solving, taking initiative and applying a structured approach to task management. You have a continuous improvement mindset and get energy from collaborating with others. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain an onboarding program for new hires Collaborate with department and cluster leads to identify training needs and create training programs to address those needs Host and facilitate training sessions for department members Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities Qualifications Academic background in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field Good organisational and project management skills Good communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working with people at all levels of the organisation Fluency in English (both in speech and in writing) Experience in training and development is a plus Experience with learning management systems, such as Degreed, is a plus Experience with PowerBI (PowerApps) is a plus If you are an energetic and organized individual with a passion for helping your colleagues grow and develop, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity! About the Department Strategic Sourcing is the central sourcing unit in Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply division, and we are responsible for the strategic sourcing activities related to Novo Nordisk’s pharmaceutical production sites worldwide as well as global management of suppliers. The unit consists of +100 academics of which approximately half are non-Danes. The perspectives, which we represent and tailor for a sourcing discipline, include strategy development, sourcing/scenario analytics, financial advisory, sustainability, risk management, market intelligence, quality management, business intelligence and management support.
