The position As our new Senior Supply Chain Partner, y ou will lead us through a high-growth scenario with squeezed capacity and carry out analyses and drive initiatives to support the optimisation of our supply chain. You will be responsible for driving key processes and strategic discussions related to the Demand/Supply/Capacity agenda across CMC in Denmark. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in ensuring transparency between local supply chain business area and strengthening the data availability and secure alignment across the internal CMC supply chain organisations. Key responsibilities will include: Drive and support mid- and long-term capacity planning processes. Collect data, create insights and overview as well as make recommendations on supply chain related questions. Define and optimise processes in the supply chain set-up. Provide material and strategic insights for senior management decisions. Align and represent CMC towards other business areas across the Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT) organisation and Novo Nordisk. Qualification You have 8-10+ years of experience with supply chain management and understand how uncertainty and complexity affect the supply chain. Experience from a pharmaceutical company is seen as an advantage. Furthermore, yo u are able to combine a detailed understanding of processes and systems with a holistic view to identify the best solutions. In addition, your experience includes: MSc in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or other relevant background Excellent analytical skills with a natural ability of using data in a business context. Exceptional stakeholder management skills and excel at building and maintaining positive relationships across various levels. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to adeptly present insights. High proficiency level of written and spoken English. As a person you have a strong drive to improve and sustain processes and enjoy working in a fast-paced and agile environment, impacted by both early research, development, and product supply. Y ou are ambitious with an open and curious mind-set and ability to influence others . You excel in analytical problem-solving and handling large datasets. Effortlessly, you navigate complex issues, pinpointing optimal solutions. Through clear communication you enable seamless interaction across all organizational levels, demonstrating strong collaboration abilities. About the Department As part of Novo Nordisk PSQIT organisation, CMC Development & Scaling makes a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We develop, manufacture and distribute drug candidates for clinical trials and have a strong culture with a “can do” mind-set. As Senior Supply Chain Partner, you will be part of CMC Development & Scaling Executive Office which cover SVP-level support across strategy, communication, finance, supply chain and health & safety.
