The position
As a Production Planner in IFP AP Hi, your primary responsibility is to ensure a transparent, reliable production plan in close collaboration with the lines. Your core tasks will include:

About the department
The team is part of Business Support, and we are currently 5 dedicated employees responsible for the Planning task in our new aseptic filling factory. This position covers a wide range of activities such as forecasting, setting up/fine tune our global planning system, ensure products on stock and reporting to a wide range of stakeholders.
The team is flexible, helpful, and supportive of each other across competencies, and comprises a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
We are part of a rapidly developing factory, and we are currently working hard together with our colleagues to become Novo Nordisk’s primary product launch site. More specifically, our current endeavours are focused around ensuring a stable and scalable supply chain.

The position
As a Production Planner in IFP AP Hi, your primary responsibility is to ensure a transparent, reliable production plan in close collaboration with the lines. Your core tasks will include:
- Ensuring that our planning system is set up to make planning easy in the complex setting of an aseptic production.
- Be part of developing and optimizing the planning process together with the governance around that
- Building a robust system that help us taking the right decision if the plan changes on the short horizon. This involves timely communication to stakeholders and knowing the consequences of changing the plan
- Support on various reporting task
- Participate in Supply Chain Projects. E.g. forecasting, planning visualisation or similar
Qualifications
A successful candidate would check yes to some of the following:
- An academic degree within e.g., Supply Chain Management, Production engineering or similar
- Highly skilled in system dynamics and rather explore current system capabilities than develop own tools
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Analytical skills not afraid of working with multiple data sets
- Curious about processes and like to optimize them
- Proficiency at a business level in both spoken/written English and Danish
