RECEIVING INSPECTOR

Who are we?

CPHHS-C is part of Supply Chain Management, which is part of SAS Technical Operations. We handle the logistics functions within SAS Technical Operations, which means goods reception, acceptance control, picking, put away in warehouse, transport, and delivery to production.

In addition, we handle all tools used in hangars. The department at CPH consists of a total of 26 employees who work 24/7 supplying the production with spare parts, tools, and other materials.

Tasks

Receiving inspection main task:

• Incoming arrival check such as, transport damage, other irregularities, and correct documentation.
• Unpack and check the delivered items are correct with respect to certificate documentation, part, and serial number.
• Component data entry in SAS MMIS - Amos.
• Claim handling when discrepancies found.
• Labelling and storage of aircraft material in warehouse.
• Scanning of documents.
• Maintain tidy conditions in own working area.
• Communicate across organization verbally and in writing.
• Participate in projects and ongoing education.
• Occasionally assist with basic logistic tasks in other CPHHS-C areas.

Skills

As a person you have solid experience within warehouse & logistics and have strong IT skills, you can communicate in English both verbally and in writing, as you will have to communicate with a big platform of people across the organization.

Driving license and forklift certificate is a must.
