About the Job:
Are you an experienced Supply Chain Specialist with deep understanding of ERP systems and MRP processes within Pharmaceutical production - and are you looking to help shape the future of a rapidly developing pharmaceutical company with global operations?
As a Global Supply Chain ERP & Master Data Specialist, you will have a workplace with broad impact in Xellia. Your knowledge and insights will influence all business areas using our ERP system / JDE E1. Your role will be partly global as an MRP business process owner and Master Data specialist, and partly focused on our production facility in Cleveland Ohio, USA. For the Cleveland site, you will act as first point of entry on production Master Data. Your background could be from the business working with planning, procurement or other processes, or your background could be from a supply chain or IT working more intensively with ERP systems. Regardless of background, your curiosity drives you to learn where you have less knowledge. A workweek typically spans from very operational tasks supporting the business on ERP matters to very principal work on global standards and support on optimizing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- MRP Business Process Ownership: Ownership of processes, training SU’s, setting up procedures, writing and reviewing cross functional SOPs
- Acting as global Master Data specialist to ensure correct set-up of the Product Master Data in the ERP system
- Advisor role on current ERP in relation to troubleshooting and projects
- Understanding the system’s landscape that entitles the Supply Chain solution
- Driving functional ERP changes in close contact with IT and business stakeholders.

Experience and Skills
- A college degree or equivalent work experience
- A BA or MS in Supply Chain is highly preferred
- Minimum 3-4 years of related experience
- Ability to analyze, understand and solve complex problems in the supply chain
- Fluency in English at business level, spoken and written. Danish is also preferred.
- Pharmaceutical experience and GMP understanding are advantages.
