The position As GMP Partner - Supply, your role is setting up and overseeing the general GMP and ISO 9001/14001/45001 compliance for all inbound production supply of packaging materials to safeguard the reliability of the inbound supply chain. This entails continuously improving processes, transparency, KPIs, communication, compliance workflows etc. to continuously ensure adherence to regulations, standards, Novo Nordisk’s as well as other customers’ requirements. The aim being to ensure a compliance setup, that even when time or resources are stretched, is robust, because it is well understood and easy to act by, hence can relatively easy be adhered to. This requires strong collaboration with key internal stakeholders such as QC and QA along with Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Process Support. Once you are onboarded, you will take on the responsibility to Develop and anchor a supply compliance setup and mindset, which ensures adequate, efficient, flexible yet robust adherence to GMP for Inbound Supply Enhance compliance and general performance by driving the delegation of ownership of Inbound Supply processes, supplier risk management, and inbound documentation for products, packaging and suppliers Own the supply compliance role and lead the way by resolving any compliance obstacles relating to deviations, change requests, change notifications and audits. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support Inbound Supply colleagues interpreting and communicating requirements to suppliers Build and cultivate relationships with all internal stakeholders, such as QC and QA Improve processes with a cLEAN mindset You will become part of a team of 9 Inbound Supply colleagues, responsible for the supply of all raw materials, process aids and packaging for the production. The team is also responsible for CMO management, and the implementation of new materials, process aids, packaging and suppliers. The Inbound Supply team is part of the Supply Chain Management department covering likewise Warehousing, indirect procurement and S&OP. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we imagine you: Hold a master’s degree in natural science or as a pharmacist, chemical engineer, or a related field Have a minimum of 3 years of pertinent work experience in GMP within Quality, preferably QA Possess a strong drive and enjoy setting direction, capable of prioritizing tasks and planning ahead Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, along with experience in process optimization and LEAN tools Exhibit fluency in both written and spoken English Working at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech Novo Nordisk Pharmatech is located in Køge, just 20 min. drive south of Greater Copenhagen Area.
