Senior Production Planner within Development Area in Bagsværd Do you like to optimize planning of production campaigns across several production facilities? Do you like to communicate with many stakeholders on daily basis? If yes, then you might be the new Production Planner in our area. This a fantastic opportunity to get one of our absolute key positions with great impact to Novo Nordisk Development pipeline. The position The job includes the following responsibilities: • Production planning in CMC API Pilots, in six facilities in Bagsværd and Gentofte • Follow-up on project demands • Dialogue with production departments about production schedule and timing for closedown periods in the facilities • Supporting planning systems in the facilities to include daily production, calibration, maintenance and test activities • Ensure clear communication to Senior Management, Project Directors, API Project Managers and other stakeholders from our own CVP area You will be responsible for ensuring full alignment across the production facilities by clearly communicating your initiatives, plans and analyses to decision makers at different levels in the organisation. You are comfortable making decisions and being challenged by senior stakeholders in matters of supply chain prioritisations. Your high level of personal integrity and robustness enable you to integrate different views in the decision-making process. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we expect the ideal candidate to have: • An educational background in the supply chain, engineering or technical experience from similar positions. • Preferably a couple of years of experience in similar positions • Strong analytical mindset – both in terms of data and processes • A desire to work in a GMP environment and work with precise documentation to ensure high-quality standards • You can oversee complex issues and pinpoint the optimal solution • You can communicate to stakeholders in a clear and precise manner • Robustness • You are a skilled Excel user • Experience within PAS-X, Styx, Rob-Ex or SAP will be considered as an advantage • You are fluent in English and preferably Danish As a person, you should be able to navigate in a dynamic environment, where each day can be different. You work in a structured way and take responsibility for assigned tasks. You are a team player, who can easily interact across the organization. About the department In API Pilots Planning and Optimisation, we are a high performing team driven by exploring, process optimise and solving complex business challenges. Our team consist of 15 professional working within Supply chains, Quality, Training, Lean, Digitalisation and Health & Safety. Our home base is in Søborg, Copenhagen area.
