We are searching for new Camping Heroes
We have taken mini golf to a new level, and have built it into an experience indoors to make it an all year round activity with an unique vibe. At Camping, we combine fun and games with a vibrant bar and club culture. Our calendar is full of events creating an environment where people of all ages get together to have a good time, our staff enjoy working, and most importantly, no mosquitoes!
Our campers are multiskilled and are trained in all areas of the business. We have 4 main areas of work, bartending, hosting, running/barback and making high quality pizzas.

Areas of responsibility
- Host the guests while checking in for golf, explaining the rules, and the venue and managing their expectations for their visit.
- Build relationships with our guests in an engaging way when arriving, playing the lanes, or at the bar or table.
- Sales of mini golf and food and beverage products, whilst accurately collecting payments.
- Serving a wide range of cocktails, beers and pizza and delivering them to a high-quality level.
- Training and motivate staff as well as ensuring a positive work environment.
- Feedback or complaint handling in a manner that always turns the situation around.
- Cleaning of both inside and outside of the unit to maintain hygiene and presentability standards.
- Close collaboration with the unit manager.
Administrative areas of responsibility
- Cash handling, and reporting.
- Training.
- Inventory management.
- Scheduling, and salary cost control.
- Staff meetings.
- Egen kontrol + APV.
