We are responsible for all development activities and the future innovations of 2 key product groups; MAGNA and MIXIT®.
You will be part of an agile cross-functional team of skilled and dedicated engineers and technicians. The position is located at our headquarters in Bjerringbro, Denmark.

As a self-organized team guided by a SCRUM master, the group can influence how to utilize each individual's skills and capabilities for successful sprints and delivery.
What is the job about?Your activities will include:The different phases of a new development: from early idea to testing and validation of the final product/solutions.
Typically design tasks are around power solutions, microcontroller peripherals, user interfaces, I/O.
Maintenance of already developed products and solutions.
Identification and implementation of Design-to-Value (cost out) improvements and well as 2nd source solutions.

We are looking for a person with a master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar with 5+ years of relevant experience leading design tasks of electronics products. You are familiar with global organizations and have excellent communication skills on all levels.
