Do you want to develop the next generation of Aseptic Filling equipment? To be technical responsible for the freeze-drying equipment in a large Filling department? Do you have technical flair and wish to be part of a highly motivated team, that strive to optimize the filling- and freeze-drying process and equipment to perform at high OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency). If yes, you may be our new colleague! The job As Technical responsible, you will be a part of our sub team responsible for the technical support for a broad variety of filling and freeze-drying equipment, focusing on optimization and maintenance of their validated state. To ensure that the equipment is ready for production within the pharmaceutical industry's requirements, you will be a part of the daily support with expert knowledge for handling incidents, change requests, deviations and cross organizational projects. In other words, you will play a key role in optimization, problem solving, document approval, and ensuring that the solutions are in line with industry standards. You will have cooperation with craftsmen, QA and other academics. There will also be contact with external companies Qualifications To be successful in this role
  • You hold an academic degree within mechanics, chemical, production engineering or similar
  • You are expected to be very interested in technical installations and prefer to work in a dynamic environment.
  • You are proficient in English and Danish, written and verbally
  • You manage to make quick decisions on the floor without compromising quality.
  • To fit the team, you must be structured and ready to work systematically and with a hands-on approach.
    • About the department The department consists of approx. 100 employees divided into 6 teams. We support and operate in one of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) largest aseptic production facilities. As equipment responsible, you will be part of the department's technical support team of 12 colleagues, ensuring that our equipment is ready for processing. The department is characterized by high involvement, enthusiasm and a humorous and informal attitude. We have a high level of professionalism and emphasize cooperation and knowledge sharing. While we need to maintain a stable and efficient production capacity because of the many people around the world that count on us, we also need to have an eye on the future. Making sure that we utilize the opportunities technology provides, i.g., automation and can adhere to all the demands we will meet.
