The position is anchored in the Technology Innovation Unit within Oral Finished Products (OFP) Manufacturing Development, whose key mission is to redefine our manufacturing approach by creating a fully data driven and continuous process for oral tablet formulation and optimise the manufacturing production and analysis from end to end. We aim to create a new paradigm that will alter the approach to drug development by redesigning and digitalising the processes. The department is growing, and we are currently around 20 highly skilled colleagues with different professional backgrounds ranging from developers, product owners and project managers. With the rapid advancement within digitalisation, we are expanding our department and bringing in new competences and skills. Our ambition is to be the frontier, use the latest technology to make a significant impact on how we operate the future manufacturing processes.
The position
OFP is on a digital transformation journey to leverage the way we operate our business. To help us succeeding with our ambition to operate continuous production with instant release through fully digitalized platforms, we are looking for a person who is driven by digitalisation and one that can shape the future direction of process digitalisation across our organisation, challenging status quo in the organisation on systems, processes, solutions and mindsets You will act as OFP’s Process Digitalisation Partner, who will: • Facilitate process digitalisation ideation and inspiration sessions across all layers of the organisation
• Establish and drive OFP Digitalisation Communication and represent OFP in cross-collaboration forums across our EVP area
• Manage the process digitalisation portfolio in OFP
• Screen, assess and execute process digitalisation use cases in line with business needs
• Scout new technologies from internal and external sources
You will strive for technology harmonisation and compliance by encouraging OFP to increasingly embrace global solutions & take ownership to remove obstacles.
You will be working across the organisation, including production, manufacturing development, business development and support, and your stakeholders will rely on your business understanding and your ability to translate needs into digital solutions. You should foresee a dynamic environment, where you will be dealing with various activities in parallel and where flexibility will be required. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:
• Have a Masters’ degree within a relevant field, e.g., digitalisation, engineering, IT or similar
• Have minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in digitalization processes
• Have a proven track record of successfully driving projects from early ideas to realised benefits and facilitating workshops
• Have experience in collaborating with different stakeholders on various organisational levels
• Are fluent in English, oral and written
Previous experience in a manufacturing and/or GxP environment will be highly beneficial.
As a person, you are a team player and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You are self-driven, proactive, curious, resilient and able to see unreleased potential in new ideas, embracing change. A strong flair for stakeholder management and networking will help you score your goals, as well as the ability to navigate effortlessly in complex environments and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders on different organisational levels.
