Then you may be the new Associate Manager in IFP Microbiological QC (QCM). The Position As team leader for the QCM support team you will lead a team of 12 dedicated employees who are responsible for equipment qualification/support, project execution, inspection coordination and substrate production in our microbiological QC. Moreover, you will play a key part in developing your team and continuously improving performance as well as delivering excellent results. In addition, you will be part of a management team who works closely together to ensure we succeed as a department. Your key responsibilities will be: Maintain overview, prioritization and execution on strategic projects (short/long term).
Drive optimization, digitalization and automation of core processes.
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations and long-term planning of resources.
Lead the team by developing competencies, coaching, and training the employees to ensure the right composition of skills to address future needs.
Secure quality and compliance of product and processes and drive your leadership with a LEAN mindset.
Qualifications To succeed in this role, you: Preferably hold a degree in engineering, biotechnology, pharmacy or equivalent
Have 3 years of leadership experience.
Have experience with pharmaceutical production and/or laboratory processes.
Ideally have experience from GMP regulated production, authority inspections and knowledge about QC.
Are fluent in Danish and English.
