The position
We are seeking an analytical colleague to assist in designing intuitive User Experience (UX) solutions for our future ERP system SAP S/4 HANA. Most of the processes you will be working with are finance-driven, so finance knowledge is a plus.
Your main responsibilities evolve around: Analysing data including analysing usage patterns in our ERP system and interviewing users to drive improvements related to future functionality and usability Organising meetings and supporting the Q&A, etc Participating within the UX project and in ongoing design and process discussions Practicalities Internship period: 3-6 months Working hours: 18-37 hours per week with flexibility around your class schedule and exams Location: Bagsværd Start date: 1 September 2023 (as soon as possible) The internship is remunerated if your educational track allows for it Full-time Danish work permit is required Students must be enrolled at a university through the entire internship period. Both the internship period and working hours will be flexible to accommodate school projects/exams. Qualifications
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree at a university in Denmark or abroad, within the relevant fields such as Business, Finance, or the like. To succeed in this role, you need: Strong analytical skills and an understanding of financial processes Fluency in both spoken and written English Experience in Microsoft Office Flair for IT and experience with IT projects Fast learning and independent working skills Preference (nice to have): SAP knowledge UX knowledge As a person, you are structured, data-driven, and pay attention to detail. For you, no task is too little, and it is important that you can collaborate with people at all levels of the organisation and across country borders, thus possessing a great cultural understanding.

Digital Finance and Architecture is anchored in Finance and Compliance. We are responsible for financial reporting, compliance, and driving digital transformation. You will join a young, ambitious team and will work in collaboration with colleagues from Finance, IT, and Business – all within the NextGenSAP programme. NextGenSAP: Over the coming years, we will upgrade our current ERP platform called SAP ECC to the most modern SAP ERP solution: S/4HANA. NextGenSAP will introduce S/4HANA at Novo Nordisk, which will provide the organisation with a robust, flexible, and future-proof digital backbone that supports our strategy and brings us into the future.
