The position
As an Associate Project Manager you will join the Business Support team and support the global procurement organisation and management team, while being responsible for driving our Capability Building Programme (incl. Global Procurement Academy, Procurement Onboarding), the recruitment of Interns and various ad hoc projects. Your tasks will include:
  • Drive and set a direction for the development of existing and new programmes incl. coordinate participation of trainers and participants both globally and locally and ensure high-quality training material.
  • Drive simple work stream(s) and individual analyses on projects with sparring from senior colleagues.
  • Drive internal recruitment processes of interns.
  • Support Head of Business Support and CVP Personal Assistant with tasks related to e.g., organisational offsite planning, global meetings, department related matters, budget, HR processes and other cross-functional activities.

    Qualifications
    We are looking for an Associate Project Manager who is motivated by working closely with people and is eager to impact and take ownership of our Global Capability Building Programmes.
    To succeed in this role, you have:
  • 2-3 years of experience and a proven track record in project management, preferably within training, people development, capability building or recruitment.
  • Problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Solid planning skills and execution mind-set.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Great IT skills, experienced in MS Office365 and preferably familiar with other IT systems such as Coupa, AskHR, SAP, etc.

  • On a personal level, you are proactive, service-minded, solution oriented and always look for more efficient ways to get things done, create a great atmosphere, and having fun at work, while thriving in a highly energetic environment. Furthermore, we expect you to take a systematic and logical approach to solve tasks and communicate effectively across all levels balancing quality and meeting deadlines in a busy environment.
