We are looking for a CCTV Lead to join our Alarm Response Centre (ARC) team at Novo Nordisk. The position As a CCTV Lead, you will be at the forefront of our CCTV operations, and your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing and enhancing our CCTV management system, ensuring its optimal performance.
  • Innovating and automating CCTV processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Managing customer service for incoming inquiries and programming new cameras.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and operational procedures.
  • Supporting investigations and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • We expect you to fully own these areas, driving improvements and making a measurable impact. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with various stakeholders, gaining deep insights into the ARC’s operations. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree and/or technical education
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Danish
  • Proven experience in CCTV management or a related field including technical understanding of CCTV systems.
  • Experience with AI/automatization in CCTV systems is an advantage.
  • Strong systematic and analytical skills.
  • Ability to foster trust and respect with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and adaptable to changes.
