Do you want to drive the data mastership through maturing and implementing data driven solutions for our production processes? Can you identify data needs, based on business needs, and find a way to gather those? Are you motivated by putting data into tangible business upsides while collaborating with a broad spectrum of stakeholders? Then you might be our new Junior Data Analyst in Process Excellence! The Position As the demand for products filled in Biotech and Rare Disease, Aseptic Production is exceeding all expectations, and we are ramping up on production capacity. Therefore, we are investing in new production lines to support the demand while focusing on improving existing production facilities - and thereby also recruiting improvement professionals to ensure the best possible conditions and support for this journey. In this role you will be responsible for defining and driving the data analytical runway, ensuring and supporting harmonized data usage, and the implementation of digital solutions. In collaboration with cross-functional teams you will gather and analyse data requirements. Furthermore, some of your main tasks will be:
  • To clean, validate, and transform raw data into meaningful insights.
  • To develop and maintain data pipelines and dashboards for reporting purposes.
  • To perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to extract key findings.
  • To identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable recommendations.
  • To communicate results and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • The work takes place in close collaboration with the rest of the team, where the working environment is dynamic, social, and informal, and emphasis is placed on humour, commitment, and unity in a busy everyday life. Cooperation will therefore be paramount, and we need someone who is motivated by being a team player. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power Apps, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively & proficiency in oral and written English.
  • As a person, you are energized by taking responsibility, not only for data solutions but also for ensuring cross organizational alignment and communication on different levels. You are proactive and curious, visionary and want to take the driver seat in ensuring data fundamental decisions to support our stakeholders. About the Department Our team is part of the BRD Finished Products Gentofte and Vaarloese area that is the production site situated close to Copenhagen. Here we are app. 725 colleagues who take responsibility for transforming Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients into the finished product that patients can use all over the world. We are producing at full speed on existing lines while building and ramping up new state of the art facilities. Our complex processes require a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and include formulation, filling, freeze-drying, product inspection, assembly, and pack.
