Are you looking for an opportunity to build hands-on experience with emerging digital technology? Are you driven by teamwork, and a desire to design and develop process optimisation and training solutions? Then our Augmented Reality (AR) Lead role is the perfect opening for you. You will play a key role in shaping our future workflows and employee trainings As our new AR Lead you will support projects across the Biotech & Rare Disease value chain, primarily working from Gentofte. Together with your new colleagues you will work on solutions that will impact the way we train our employees, ensuring safety and quality in our production facilities. You will be working with MS AR technologies to create solutions for workflow optimisation and digital training. This includes:
  • AR training- and visualisation guides using the Microsoft HoloLens 2 and Microsoft guides software
  • Exploration of Azure Remote Rendering potential
    • You will drive our future AR agenda To become successful in the role you are able to effectively manage and oversee the implementation and use of AR technologies within our organization. You can drive solutions from idea to implementation, finding it natural to work closely together with the end users and understand the value of spending time to understand their needs. To succeed with this, we imagine that you possess:
  • A strong grasp of UXD, Interaction Design and Design Thinking
  • Solid problem-solving skills, together with a user-centred approach to solutions
  • Solid Project Management skills
  • Experience (or at least a strong interest) in conducting training workshops and teaching others how to use various devices, technologies and software
  • Experience in some (or all) aspects of 2D and 3D software/game development
  • Communication and presentation skills (verbally and in writing)
  • Fluent level of both written and spoken English
    • You have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Software Development, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Innovation Design, Game Design, or similar. As a person you are structured and able to plan your work to keep your deadlines. In addition, you have a keen eye for details and can see potential flows. In summary, a successful AR lead should be a technical expert with strong strategic thinking, communication, project management, user-centered design, adaptability, and stakeholder collaboration. About the Department Today we are around 20 people in the department primarily working with virtual reality. This means there will be a lot of skilled colleagues to spare with, but we need your AR expertise to help grow and further mature the AR part of our business.
