The position You will be based in the Business Support department which is responsible for driving and facilitating cross-departmental processes and projects in order to support the core business of the department. You should expect to be involved in a broad variety of activities both within projects and operational processes. The nature of a Business Support department is that recurring processes and ad-hoc assignments go hand-in-hand, so as a student assistant you should be ready to take on different tasks with varying complexity, such as:
  • Structuring, documenting, and anchoring the support flow and building/maintaining the knowledge bases
  • Supporting local onboarding activities
  • Scheduling events and meetings
  • Taking part in projects helping Business Support colleagues with documentation, administration, planning, etc.
  • The working hours are flexible from minimum 15 to maximum 20 hours a week enabling you to combine the experience with lectures at university, project work, or writing your Bachelor/Master’s thesis. It is an opportunity for a unique learning experience and a chance to turn theory into practice. You will receive continuous feedback on your work, and we will support you in building a network beneficial to your professional and personal growth. Qualifications You are a Bachelor's or Master's Student in Business Administration, Communication, International Business, or similar with at least 1 year of studies left before you complete your education.
  • Structured mindset with an analytical approach to assignments and a keen on new challenges
  • Professional manner with a positive attitude in communicating with stakeholders at different levels of the organization
  • Experience user of MS Office
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Willingness to take responsibility for business goal delivery and your own learning development
  • You treat any kind of task with responsibility. Whether administrative or more complex in nature, your tendency is to say yes to any kind of challenge and your ambition is to deliver top-quality results.
    About the department Business Support is a department within Device Manufacturing Development based in Hillerød, consisting of 18 highly skilled people in various domains striving to support and meet complex organizational needs. We are a lively and diverse team, with experts from various educational backgrounds. Our team spirit is ambitious and we are using a light and informal tone in the work environment. You will be a fully-fledged member of the team from day one, and we will train and onboard you with great care. You will experience workdays with a large degree of independence. At the same time, you will have the chance to work closely with highly skilled colleagues across the organization.
