Senior Change Management Partner Do you believe that starting the digitalisation journey in early research is the key parameter for success for pharmaceutical companies in the future? The position is part of our Change Management Office (CMO) which offers you a unique opportunity focused on research and pre-clinical up to Phase 1, to be a strong and visible driver of change with a wide range of internal stakeholders across Novo Nordisk such as but not limited to R&ED, Digital, Data & IT, Development and Commercial which will significantly impact digitalisation of Novo Nordisk in early research.
Key areas of responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Defines, scopes, and embeds change management strategies and initiatives to influence the internal culture focusing on amplifying and accelerating overall scientific innovation in early research.
  • Develop and implement change management plans – including branding communication, roadmap, leadership development and overall training plan, and any other areas as required.
  • Tracks, reports, and derives insights into the change cycle to motivate and assure success of changes implemented.
  • Aligns and facilitate change management with partners across disciplines and areas, while ensuring that messages conform to company guidelines.
  • Partner to develop the DSI culture, diversity and inclusion practises, organizational and overall leadership development on change management practises. Partners with external agencies and internal groups.
  • Develop meaningful, trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholder to drive innovation, anticipating changes in the customer behaviour landscape, and adjusting the strategic direction accordingly.
  • Qualifications
    To succeed in this role, you should hold:
  • Graduate degree or equivalent (ideally organizational development, human resources, communications, business, or similar) with 6 years or more relevant work experience.
  • Expertise on tried and tested methodologies in the change process and how this impacts internally and externally. Experience in storytelling from an agency, a brand-driven company or design.
  • Strong background of change management including communications in Life Sciences – preferably pharma. Deep understanding of the R&D value chain or digital science and innovation disciplines) is an advantage.
  • Direct experience of managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders. Ability to continuously interact with multiple stakeholders across levels and disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.

    About Data Science & Innovation (DSI)
    DSI was established in March 2022 to drive digitalisation across the value chain in R&ED from early discovery to pre-clinical development. DSI is supporting the digital transformation journey across all our therapy areas in R&ED. The DSI vision is to amplify and accelerate our science through innovative use of data, digital tools and computational approaches. Our current focus in DSI is to generate and showcase business value – based on addressing specific scientific questions and processes in a “digital-first” approach – while building the digital foundation to deliver our ambitions by scaling data, digital tools and computational approaches across R&ED.
    We work to build an attractive community of data, digital and scientific professionals and foster a strong DIGITAL CULTURE for our multidisciplinary delivery teams that collaborate across R&ED and IT areas.
    We engage in external collaborations to pursue and build digital science and innovation capabilities.
    About Digital Strategy and Change Management (DSCM)
    This Digital Strategy & Change Management area is driving our digital transformation based on robust strategic thinking, portfolio management of digital projects, utilization of a project and change management to ensure that we can amplify and accelerate scientific innovation. We are currently looking for people with skills in these areas that can join our digital journey. The DSCM team will drive, and project manage the development and implementation of strategies. We will also support portfolio management across DSI and within the respective digital science and innovation disciplines e.g., automation, data infrastructure, data management, data science, external activities, and scientific intelligence. We are a tight-knit unit characterised by an informal atmosphere, with emphasis on a fun, collaborative and engaging working environment. While we are deeply dedicated to our tasks with high customer engagement, we maintain focus on preserving a healthy work-life balance.
