The Position We offer a great opportunity to develop and grow in the role as Personal Assistant with a wide range of tasks spanning from HR processes, to facilitation of meetings and working with administrative support to the VP and management team. You will become a strategic partner to the VP and work with people all over the world to make sure our medicine and products meet the highest quality standards. More specifically, you will be responsible for:
  • Support the VP with execution of management tasks including HR-processes and strategic sparring
  • Plan and help facilitate management meetings and seminars, events for the area etc.
  • Budget planning and follow-up
  • Cooperation in with other assistants in the area to ensure alignment of various administrative processes
  • Ad hoc day-to-day tasks
  • You will be part of the management team and will work closely together with the VP, the staff supporting the overall IP QA area, i.e. HR partner, communication partner, and the assistant groups in both IP QA, [xxxxx] Quality, and the project organisations. Qualifications We imagine that you are a curious mind, who likes to be involved in everything and enjoys working with many tasks simultaneously. You enjoy the administrative tasks, but also have an eye for strategic, organisational and HR processes. More specifically, you have the following qualifications:
  • Experience with being a strategic partner in the role as Personal Assistant
  • Great communication skills, both verbally and written and maybe even facilitation experience
  • Experience working with budgets and enjoy the task
  • Solid IT skills, easily adapt to new systems and are an experienced user of MS Office365
  • fluency in both written and spoken Danish and English

You have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in an ever-changing and fast-growing environment and you can take high level independent decisions and set direction. As a person you are reliable, loyal, and service-minded. You have a natural ability to establish good working relations across the organisation and reach agreements through flexibility and compromise. About the area Fill & Finish Expansions QA is an area which is growing and currently consists of 120+ employees. The overall responsibility of the VP area is to quality assure the PS Fill & Finish Expansions programmes for new production facilities in [xxxxx] worldwide.
