Become the Personal Assistant for our Senior Vice President in Supply Chain

With direct reference to our SVP Supply Chain, you will be part of the management team, where you will be working closely together with managers and stakeholders across the organization.

A job with focus on communication and internal relationship building
As Personal Assistant, your primary task is to increase efficiency and be at the forefront of the management team and our SVP of Supply Chain. You will need to build a wide surface of contacts in the organization and solve a wide variety of tasks from an operational to a strategic level.

You will be supporting that deadlines and actions are met and the days are planned and spent as efficiently as possible. In addition, you prepare and participate in management meetings, note actions and follow up on actions. You will also prepare presentations that support the strategic goals for use by the department’s internal and external communications and activities.

More specifically, your key tasks will be:

  • Personal support to and coordination with our Senior Vice President of Supply Chain
  • Meeting preparation, including execution, document outcome and follow up with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare internal and external communication and presentations
  • Maintain proceess documentaiton
  • Follow-up on actions and KPI's
  • Execute tasks in relation to employee administration

Personality matters
You have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communication or similar and have a few years of work experience from a similar position as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar.

In addition, it is a requirement that you:

  • Have a good understanding of how to navigate in a large organization with many stakeholders
  • Hold experience from an international environment
  • Possess a superuser level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Have experience from working in Supply Chain or from industrial production facilities
  • Can handle confidential information and with a professional demeanor
  • Master Danish and English at a very high level, both orally and written

To succeed in the role, it is important that you are self-driven and see opportunities beyond limits. You thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment where no two days are similar. You have a can-do-attitude, and you always work in a structured and systematic way with your tasks, which are always of high quality and within deadline. You are positive and outgoing, and able to communicate at all levels in an international organization. From your previous work experience you have also gained the ability to take pride in executing your tasks efficiently and with a clear prioritization.
