The position As Digital Strategy & Portfolio Lead, you will be responsible for defining and driving the digital strategy & portfolio process in the Submissions & Life Cycle Management (SubLCM) department in the Development organisation. You will be responsible for running digital strategy & portfolio management in the area and will navigate in a broad stakeholder landscape across departments and cultures. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Shape and deploy the digital vision, strategy, KPIs and roadmap.
  • Ensure the Digital Strategy reflects the corporate vision and strategy objectives and language.
  • Manage the strategy implementation plan and digital KPIs and continuously monitor and report on progress.
  • Prepare and conduct the regular strategy reviews.
  • Establish robust market research techniques to enable timely evaluation of new opportunities.
  • Drive key initiatives.
  • Create a differentiated digital roadmap for the different functions within SubLCM.
  • The purpose of the position is to ensure that SubLCM is using the digital advancement as good as possible, within the context of the company. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you need the following:
  • A MSc degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Extensive experience within strategy and management consulting.
  • Deep understanding of the evolving digital world on both the demand side (how people/companies are using technology) and the supply side (emerging technologies)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build sustainable and long-lasting collaborations.
  • Ability to effectively drive people, process, and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • On a personal level, you need to inspire passion and create feeling of ownership for people you work with. You see the big picture and can turn the strategic priorities into tangible direction. You can set clear direction, prioritise, and communicate a compelling purpose and vision with passion and urgency on all levels of the organisation. About the department You will be part of the leadership team of the VP area, Digital Transformation. Which is an area of about 30 skilled professionals, who are all involved in the development of the SubLCM organisation, which currently holds 1400 employees, primarily located in DK, India, and US.   Working at Novo Nordisk At Novo Nordisk, we don’t wait for change.
