In this role, your primary function will be to lead a group of leaders, each responsible for a specific sub-team or distinct area of risk. You will be accountable for managing and developing DC’s Risk Management function in alignment with our overall risk framework and risk appetite — ensuring we can proactively assess the company’s risk exposure and recommend appropriate actions to Senior Leadership.More specifically, your responsibilities include:
  • ensuring the daily management of the Risk Management function, including reporting and monitoring of risk-related areas
  • overseeing the mandate framework and issuance of mandates, as well as integrating risk management policies, procedures, and compliance requests across the company
  • supporting the CFO and Head of Finance & Risk Management in setting the strategic direction and ambitions for the Risk Management function
  • contributing to assessments of company activities and participating in recommendations to Senior Leadership
