As a Technical Program Manager in Maersk Ground Freight and E-commerce (MGFE), you'll play a pivotal role in implementing innovative solutions for our e-commerce customers. You'll lead and manage multiple projects, focusing on creating seamless, personalized digital journeys for our customers.
What you'll do:
- Champion project success: Manage and oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
- Foster collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional and international teams to achieve shared goals, fostering transparency and accountability across the board.
- Mastermind the details: Create comprehensive project plans, track progress, and identify and address potential roadblocks proactively.
- Communication is key: Clearly communicate project status, achievements, challenges, and opportunities to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Empower success: Collaborate with business analysts and trainers to ensure effective knowledge transfer to operations teams.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in technical program management, leading complex technology initiatives.
- Proven ability to take ownership, drive results, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A keen eye for detail with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A passion for learning and the ability to independently develop new technical expertise.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
