ABOUT THE JOB [xxxxx] is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Head of E-commerce based in Copenhagen to lead the brand’s digital business, reporting to our CEO.
This role requires a commercially sharp, data-driven, and brand-centric leader, who can accelerate online growth, optimize customer experience, and elevate
[xxxxx]’s e-commerce presence to reflect its premium, design-led positioning.
You will own the full e-commerce P&L and be responsible for driving traffic, conversion, and profitability while ensuring that the brand experience is elevated across all digital touchpoints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Commercial Ownership & P&L Leadership - Full ownership of D2C revenue, margin and performance
- Budget responsibility including media investment allocation
- Forecasting, scenario planning and commercial prioritisation
- Clear performance targets and accountability across all levers
Demand Creation & Performance Acceleration - Own paid performance and demand creation strategy
- Allocate and optimise media budgets across channels
- Drive ROI and ROAS improvement
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure integrated and aligned brand and performance investment
Conversion & Customer Value Growth - Drive site performance, merchandising and commercial trade plans
- Increase conversion, AOV, UPO and lifetime value
- Strengthen CRM and retention strategy
- Build [xxxxx] into a leading digital gift and lifestyle destination
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Product, and Category teams to ensure alignment and cross-channel consistency
- Drive omnichannel thinking, ensuring online and offline experiences complement and reinforce each other
- Partner with logistics and operations to improve customer convenience & post purchase experience
Team Leadership - Lead, motivate, and develop the e-commerce team with clear KPIs and accountability
- Foster a high-performance, agile, and data-driven culture focused on continuous improvement
- Ensure alignment, capability building, and strong cross-functional collaboration

Profile - Proven track record scaling or turning around a D2C business

- Experience owning a full P&L

- Strong stakeholder leadership experience
- Experience in premium / lifestyle / design-led brands preferred
