We are looking for experienced MS Dynamics 365 senior developer to join our NNIT office. Make your mark on a growing company where Dynamics 365 is considered a strategic offering and position yourself in a versatile and challenging job function with a large degree of responsibility and independency. You will be working with customers in various industries, ensuring that our customers get the most out of their Dynamics 365 solution while contribution to the NNIT Dynamics offering portfolio.

Your responsibilities as a D365 Senior Developer

As our new MS D365 Senior developer you will play a vital part both in relation to our customers and internally in NNIT. Your experience and personality enable you to handle stakeholders and influence central decision makers. We need Senior Developers who seeks to develop the customer experience as they move forward on their D365 journey.

You will be the senior developer on several engagements and engage with a variety of customers and internal resources, and you are able to think in long-term solution architecture. You thrive on taking the initiative and actively communicate at different levels, depending on the target audience.

You will be the senior expert in an expanding team and be the person others will go to for answers to complicated situations.

You will join our Dynamics Application Services team

You will join a fast-growing department with about 120 top professional colleagues in both Denmark and the Philippines. NNIT’s offering on Dynamics 365 has grown significantly in the last couple of years and with acquisition of SCALES in 2017, this area has become a genuine strategic initiative for NNIT, making us one of the biggest Dynamics ERP, CRM and Power Platform houses in Denmark. As a Senior Developer in NNIT you will become acquainted with the entire Microsoft Business Application Ecosystem and work in close collaboration with Scales and Microsoft, as well as our Azure, Modern Workplace and Security teams.

The team you will join is a team consisting of Functional and Technical Consultants across all our Dynamics 365 customers, working closely with the architect and application manager teams, which means that knowledge sharing and collaboration is essential. The team is responsible for supporting our customers on business and technology as well as ongoing developing the Customers’ IT solutions and applications. Together with your team you have the full responsibility for advising the customers and adding new functionality and features to existing systems within our portfolio or performing full scale implementations of D365FO.

Your qualifications and experience

You have in-depth knowledge within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AX. You are able to translate this knowledge into pragmatic and sustainable solutions of high quality, in accordance with customer requirements. Additionally, you will assist with developing your colleagues and recommendations for the prioritization of implementations, new functionality and defect fixing.

Your approach is analytical, proactive and pragmatic and you are expected to take ownership of tasks. You challenge and transform business requirements that are not clear, and unambiguous into a concise set of requirements that can be used and traced throughout the phases in our implementation projects.

The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:

  • Deep Dynamics 365 FO/SCM and AX application knowledge either with a development, or technical off-set
  • At least 6 years of experience within Dynamics / AX development and/or deployment
  • Excellent consulting mindset coupled with the ability to develop the right solutions by exercising your drive for results
  • Experience with one or more of the below topics:
    • Dynamics 365 / AX functionality – either Finance or Supply Chain (or both)
    • Dynamics 365 development, code review and deployment
    • Release & deployment and DevOps
    • Integrations
    • ISV implementation and maintenance
    • Microsoft upgrades
    • Batch management
    • Test Automation
    • Overall Azure Cloud understanding – and especially in relation to D365FO/SCM
    • Life Cycle Services

  • Experience with handling customer interaction in a professional way with a high level of respect for the customer’s requirements; familiar with interacting and supporting international clients
  • You can work both in a team and independently and engage with your colleagues, including knowledge sharing. You explain complex issues in a simple way and are motivated by developing others.
  • You communicate with our international colleagues and customers. Therefore, it is crucial that you are fluent in English both orally and in writing. Good Danish skills will be an advantage.
