You will work closely with a highly skilled team of project managers and technical specialists and report to Senior Vice President of Buildings & Industry, East, Thomas Solgaard Sørensen, in Denmark. In this role, you will contribute to the successful delivery of complex industrial and construction projects while helping build and maintain our long-term relationships with key clients.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Lead and support a team of experienced multi-disciplinary project managers, ensuring successful delivery of complex industrial and construction projects.
- Engage with customers to secure effective project execution, strong commercial results, and high satisfaction, working alongside project managers on key assignments when needed.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships across projects, identifying new opportunities and supporting the ongoing growth of the project portfolio through an initiative-driven and collaborative approach.
- Oversee the performance of your project portfolio, providing guidance and support to project managers based on project size, complexity, and their experience, while ensuring high standards across all projects.

On top of that, you will have:
- A master’s degree in engineering.
- Extensive project management and leadership experience from complex industry and construction projects.
- Solid commercial understanding and experience working with clients and projects in the contractor, industrial, or construction sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish.
