About us:
FLC Village accommodates our many tunnel construction employees. We are responsible for laundry, PPE handout, bus operation, cleaning, and catering. We have more than 30.000 m2 across the Village, consisting of accommodation, canteens, fitness facilities, kitchens, cinema, game rooms, and storage areas.
In the summer of 2023 FLC Village will have 1344 rooms, which will make us Denmark's largest hotel operation.
Background for the position:
We have up to 1344 employees of different nationalities, and we believe that the way to achieve satisfaction of living in Village, is through effective and respectful communication. Not all employees speak English, which is why we need coordinators to help us translate, be visible, and offer quality interaction with our employees living in the Village.
Your most important task is to ensure that all employees in the Village have sufficient knowledge and understanding on what the Village offers and how to comply with the rules of living in Village.

Opening hours are between 07.00-20.00. Daily working shifts last 8 hours, within this time period, as well as every other weekend.
The Danish Salaried Employees Act (Funktionærloven), pension, health insurance, and lunch arrangement. Are all available to the new employee.

Responsibility and (working) tasks:
- Minor repairing of defects, deficiencies, and damages
- Quality control of external craftsmen
- Daily quality control of catering, housekeeping, and facility services in general
- Lighter handyman tasks and internal transport
- Ensure compliance with our house rules and other information to our employees and subcontractors living in Village
- Lighter translation tasks from English to Polish and from Polish to English
- Written and verbal communication with our employees (Q&A)
- Report violations of rules and assist with for translation, in meetings hereof
Qualifications and education:
Your educational background and experience can be from craft professions, communication, service, or the hotel industry.
- Language: English and Polish – Written and verbal. Danish would be an advantage
Personal:
- Flexible with high ambitions of providing excellent guest service. Presentable, confident approach, openminded, a team player, and a problem solver
- Capable communicator with an empathic and professional approach to colleagues and guests
- Good physique, considering you can expect an average of 10.000 steps a day
- Open to new tasks, takes initiative, and has a high level of energy
