Quality Manager - High-tech machines within the Pharmaceutical Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join Stevanato Group Denmark’s developing, and manufacturing of high-tech machines and automation equipment for several leading companies, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. This is a great opportunity for you to have the managerial responsibility for the quality team and ensuring that the products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.


As Quality Manager you will lead and strengthen the quality team with your ability to engage your team and create a sense of team spirit through an involving situation-based approach. Together with your team, you will lead, develop, and sustain the Quality Management System in line with the required industry standards and guidelines to support great innovative machines, systems, processes, and services. It will be your responsibility to ensure regulation, controlling and improvements of the quality of all processes throughout the entire site and final products. Furthermore, you will manage the audit program to ensure that all nonconformities raised from certification bodies, customers or against suppliers during audits are effectively corrected and independently verified.

You will report directly to Stevanato Group Denmark’s Business Unit Manager and join a very dedicated management team.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead the quality team and ensure high motivation and work spirit.
  • Implementation of ISO 9001 and afterwards lead and manage the certification.
  • Build a Quality Management System, implement all related procedures and ensure ongoing compliance with various regulatory requirements ISO and GAMP-guidelines.
  • Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Quality Management System
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers to ensure quality expectations are met.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice Quality strategy, policies, processes and procedures, work instructions and templates to aid and improve operational performance.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality training programs for employees.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including compliance records and reports.

Strong leadership, documented experience with ISO 9001 and communication skills


Most important of all, you have “black belt” in leadership and people management as well as solid experience in quality management. You have a strong understanding of quality systems, and procedures and you are very familiar with ISO 9001 standard and the implementation of it. It is an advantage, if you possess knowledge of industry standards and regulations in the pharmaceutical industry – more specifically the GAMP-guidelines. Or you show willingness to understand them. Your educational background is not that important, but you have at least a bachelor’s degree combined with technical understanding.
In addition, you have experience in computer systems and validation, qualification/commissioning requirements. Experience of working in an international setup is an advantage and you can communicate well in English both in written and oral form.

Furthermore, you have a great ability to define tasks, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Also, you will have the ability to read, analyze and interpret legal documents as well as to effectively present information to internal and external customers.

As a person, it comes naturally to be a frontrunner regarding quality and your ambitions are high. Your drive and curiosity can ensure ongoing development and optimization providing value for your surroundings. You have excellent relational and communication skills, and your situational awareness enables you to navigate effortlessly at all organizational levels and with suppliers and customers.
