About the role
We are seeking a structured manager to lead a team within the Manufacturing Solution (MS) department. The department comprises over 200 highly skilled engineers across Denmark and India, delivering services in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), software development, and validation to clients in the pharmaceutical API production sector.
In this role, you will lead a dedicated team committed to ensuring that automation and IT systems meet GxP standards and comply with all relevant regulatory requirements through rigorous validation and qualification practices. The team’s primary focus is to ensure that all software development and automation processes consistently adhere to applicable standards and regulations, thereby always maintaining a high level of compliance.
A key responsibility will be ownership of the Operational Verification (OV) process—a science- and risk-based framework designed to confirm that systems, components, and configurations meet defined specifications and perform reliably under real-world operational conditions within the field of Automation and IT.

How you might spend your days As manager, you'll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where you will be:
- Leading and managing a team of 20–25 employees delivering IT and automation quality engineering services to clients in the pharmaceutical API manufacturing sector.
- Serve as the Process Owner for Operational Verification, collaborating with subject matter experts across Quality Assurance, Automation, and IT to ensure cross-disciplinary alignment and project execution excellence.
- Driving competence development in your department alongside the management team across Denmark and India.
- Actively participate in projects to stay updated on technical advancements and align with the [xxxxx] way of working.
- Managing stakeholder communication and collaboration with customer representatives.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in people management.
- Solid knowledge and experience within qualification of GMP facilities, automation and IT system based on science- and risk-based framework.
- Proven ability to establish and strengthen cross-functional process group networks.
- MSc in Engineering, Pharmacy or similar relevant academic background.
