Rosforth & Rosforth have been distributing organic, natural and/or biodynamic wine to Copenhagen restaurants since 1994, and later also exporting to Sweden. We are a uniquely multifaceted business, with an additional wholesale warehouse and shop, wine bar and online store, and so deal with both consumer and business clientele locally and abroad on a daily basis. As such, a role with us is dynamic and encompasses logistics, detailed sales and bespoke customer service.
An opportunity within our small team would mean your direct and creative contribution to our unique offering.
The role broadly includes:
placing wholesale orders on behalf of personal/business clientele
loading/unloading/sorting stock and pallets, and packing and sending all packages
maintaining warehouse facilities, shipping processes and operations
Overseeing and coordinating accurate distribution with both drivers and customers
Directly liaising with clientele - obtaining quotes, purchasing, returns, and rectifying any supply issues.
interacting with customers in a professional, courteous and helpful manner, assisting with in-store purchases, special orders, tasting events and offering product information
Working closely with restaurant and hospitality teams to build and maintain rapport, showcasing custom portfolios to fit each venue
Curate and oversee wine trade tastings and a variety of other bespoke events, ensuring their successful execution

Advantages:
3-5+ years wine distributor experience or management experience within the wine or hospitality industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Valid driver’s license
Forklift training/driving experience
Fluent in English and Danish
*We are open 6 days a week, 9am – 7.30pm. This role is for a full-time position of 40+ hours and open to flexibility.
