The Position
You will as ESG Data Analyst join our Global EHS team at our head office in Hørsholm. We support the production sites globally and you will in this role play an integral part in delivering high quality sustainability data to the business.
The demand for ESG data and reporting is increasing, and in this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the data analytical runway, ensuring, and supporting harmonized data usage, and the implementation and development of data reporting and calculation of environmental, health and safety impact in numbers.
In collaboration with 6 production sites, you will gather and analyze data requirements. Furthermore, your main tasks will be to:
The work takes place in close collaboration with the rest of the global EHS team, where the working environment is dynamic, social, and informal, and emphasis is placed on humor, commitment, and unity in a busy everyday life. Cooperation will therefore be paramount, and we need someone who is motivated by being a team player. Travelling to our 6 productions sites is to be expected.

You can demonstrate a natural aptitude and have proficiency with IT systems and tools relevant to reporting EHS data. You are analytical, organized, and able to plan and handle many different tasks and deadlines at the same time and have an approach with focus on details while maintaining the overview.

The Position
You will as ESG Data Analyst join our Global EHS team at our head office in Hørsholm. We support the production sites globally and you will in this role play an integral part in delivering high quality sustainability data to the business.
The demand for ESG data and reporting is increasing, and in this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the data analytical runway, ensuring, and supporting harmonized data usage, and the implementation and development of data reporting and calculation of environmental, health and safety impact in numbers.
In collaboration with 6 production sites, you will gather and analyze data requirements. Furthermore, your main tasks will be to:
- Collect and centralize ESG data among other data related to GHG emissions across our production sites.
- Ensure data are auditable by controlling background documentation with the production sites.
- Prepare all required EHS reports for Global EHS and conduct data analysis.
- Take responsibility for accurate reports being prepared on-time.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable recommendations.
- Support the business in relation to the individual site data submissions.
- Take lead for securing and managing the pathway towards more automatization of EHS data.
- Maintain and optimize procedure on data processes for all production sites.
- Align with stakeholders and ensure improvements on data foundation where it creates the most value.
- Own and manage the EHS SharePoint Site, including organization, creating, and modifying general look and feel.

- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings in oral and written English.
