Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Company (CISC) – a service provider working exclusively for the global fund management company Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), is currently looking for a Manager to join the CISC Global management team in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The role
In this position, you will have the opportunity to play an important role in shaping the future of CISC, working closely together with the senior management team in CISC on setting and implementing the strategic direction of CISC.
You will be working with and reporting directly to the CEO on various strategy and organizational workstreams within all areas of the business. You will be responsible for certain key group priorities such as strategy development and implementation, organizational design, executive reporting, and priority ad-hoc tasks from our Board of Directors and the senior management team.

The right candidate
You are holding a relevant master’s degree, e.g., M.Sc. in Finance and Strategic Management or M.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics, with minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience from a similar corporate function or Management Consulting firm, in an international setting.

The role

- Lead group strategy projects with people from senior management and the wider organization
- Drive organizational wide analysis and knowledge gathering, to support executive- and Board of Directors’ decision making through regular reporting cycles
- Develop and improve executive performance management, reporting standards, tools, and processes
- Partake and lead strategic and transformational workstreams across the CISC organization
- Interface and align with key stakeholders in CIP and CISC

- CISC Chief Executive Officer
- CISC Global management team
- CISC Regional management team
- CISC Board of Directors
- Various stakeholders from CISC, CIP, Partners, and Advisors
The right candidate
You are holding a relevant master’s degree, e.g., M.Sc. in Finance and Strategic Management or M.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics, with minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience from a similar corporate function or Management Consulting firm, in an international setting.
We look for the following in a candidate
- Solid analytical skills with a proven history of delivering value-adding insights and recommendations
- Effective problem-solving skills, with an ability to think strategically and holistically across multiple domains
- Experience in managing end-to-end projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and delivering tangible results
- A team-spirited approach that cultivate positive relationships across organizational and geographical boundaries
- High energy and a desire to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and ever-changing environment.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in presenting to senior stakeholders, hereunder, full professional proficiency in English is expected (Danish is not required)
