Are you an experienced developer of efficient and coherent data-driven solutions? Motivated by the potential of becoming a key employee in designing and building the future BI architecture and supporting a data-driven culture?
In Business Analytics we are responsible for maintaining and developing the current as well as the future Business Intelligence system. The cornerstones of a new system have been set with the ambition to become more data driven and provide higher degrees of self service. With the future building blocks in place, we are moving into the next phase – securing the dataflow and designing data models.
To further drive and support this journey, we are looking for a specialist within the Business Intelligence discipline.
You will have ample opportunity to put your own mark on Terma’s future business intelligence, data architecture and business solutions, our roadmap, ambition level and your own daily responsibilities.

How to succeed in this position?
Within the team we are in the search of a colleague who can challenge/discuss and engage with us in the change management process of supporting Terma colleagues becoming more data driven as well as develop a best-in-class data modelling within the MS technology.

- ETL, data warehouse development and data modelling
- Optimizing data integration processes
- Develop data solutions together with global stakeholders across Terma
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of data warehousing, data modelling and solutions
- Project management on solution development

How to succeed in this position?
Within the team we are in the search of a colleague who can challenge/discuss and engage with us in the change management process of supporting Terma colleagues becoming more data driven as well as develop a best-in-class data modelling within the MS technology.
Need to have:
- Excellent MS skills – you manage SQL, DAX and Tabular modelling (Power BI and/or SSAS)
- Experienced project manager – you have good cooperation skills, able to plan and manage activities time and stakeholders
- An experienced and curious BI developer – you hold a master’s degree and years of experience working and optimizing BI systems
- High degree of drive and passion – you respect the formal processes of working while still mastering agile principles
