Your Role
As the Global Agile Portfolio Manager, you'll direct the charge in reinforcing our Azure DevOps Delivery Model across IT teams. Your mission: Strengthen the partnership between business and IT, ensuring seamless alignment of priorities and key results.

What will you be doing?
As the Global Agile Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for safeguarding a successful adoption of our Azure DevOps Delivery Model to ensue effective ways of working and cross-organisational collaboration. Your focus areas will be:
Azure DevOps Delivery Model: Continuously improve effective ways of working by maintaining our shared framework, terminology, roles, and events. You'll own the Delivery Model and facilitate improvements, configurations, and support. The Delivery Model is based on Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Azure DevOps as a supporting tool.
CommuniTeam: Lead our CommuniTeam of portfolio managers and scrum masters to foster adoption and alignment across IT business areas and shared IT services.
Communication and Training: Continue the onboarding of more teams and new employees in Global IT. The goal for the coming year is to expand with more teams in North America and Asia Pacific. Continues communication is an essential part of the job to keep momentum and engagement.
Transparent Reporting: Support the portfolio reporting for executive stakeholders in collaboration with IT Finance to deliver comprehensive and consistent progress and health reports on the major global projects, promoting transparency, and facilitating timely actions. Digital portfolio data insights are key, and your role is vital for ensuring alignment and data accuracy.

You'll be part of our IT Management Office, supporting the global IT Leadership Team and various aspects of IT, including IT Finance and Analytics, Vendor and Contract Management, Project and Portfolio Management, organizational development, and communication. You'll report to the Senior Director of the IT Management Office and collaborate closely with the global IT Leadership Team. In Global IT we are +600 people. Finally, you will be working out of our corporate headquarters in Smørum, on the outskirts of Copenhagen.

To excel in this role, you should possess a combination of technology skills, leadership qualities, and values that align with our organization’s goals and culture.
Technology Skills
Agile Expertise: Significant knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and hands-on experience in implementing agile practices in large-scale organisations. You could be an experienced scrum master or agile coach ready to take the next step in your career.
Azure DevOps Mastery: Proficiency in Azure DevOps and a deep understanding of its capabilities to support agile development and delivery processes. If you have experience in configuring and maintaining Azure DevOps it is much appreciated.
ERP Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with global ERP systems, as you'll be instrumental in managing the modernization and standardization of these systems across business areas.
Reporting and Analytics: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to provide transparent reporting to executive stakeholders. The ability to derive insights from digital portfolio data is key.
As an ideal candidate, you also havecertifications such as SAFe® 6.0 SPC Certification, Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), MoP, or P3O.
