Apply today! The Position We offer an evolving position as part of a dynamic, social, and multidisciplinary team focusing on simplicity and adaptability in their daily work. As the team is growing, new tasks are continuously added, and we imagine that you could cover the new responsibility as coordinator of shipments of API's, excipients, and cell banks between Novo Nordisk sites and CMOs. It is your responsibility to coordinate, complete and oversee shipping activities across CMC. The role covers shipping of both GMP and non-GMP materials. As this is quite a new area of responsibility, continuous improvements and optimizations will be in focus. While applying customer centric philosophies you will be in close contact and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders such as material suppliers, logistics services, project managers, QA etc, to obtain sufficient knowledge to ensure patient safety, GMP, and GDP. Furthermore, you will drive optimisations and projects to improve our working processes. This is a truly important part of the job, as it is essential for our business continuity that focus is on cutting complexity, incite and incorporate simplicity and adaptability, as new information continuously drive us to change priorities or direction. Qualifications You hold a scientific academic degree in engineering, pharmacy, biology, chemistry, Global Logistics, Supply Chain Management or another relevant discipline. In addition, you have 1-2 years of experience working within one of these areas Global Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Quality Assurance or GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. You are proficient in both spoken and written English. As a person, you have/are: Great collaboration skills and a communicator by nature Structured, a natural sense of priority and not afraid to set direction A team-player, who enjoys cross-functional, cross-departmental and stakeholder collaboration thrive in a changing and dynamic work environment The Department The department Virology and Raw Materials is a part of CMC API Development and consists of 45+ colleagues organised in 3 teams. Your new team consists of 14 colleagues situated in Bagsværd who enjoy social interaction especially expressed through breakfast every Tuesday, walk/running every Wednesday, and plank challenge almost every day. The Shipping group consists of two dedicated, knowledgeable, fun, and open-minded full-time employees.
