About the job We have an exciting opportunity for a tech savvy and data driven candidate to join our team ManDev Digitalisation to drive a wide range of projects. As Business Analyst you will help initiate, develop, and implement digital solutions to optimise processes within ManDev. You will proactively identify better practices and create improvement projects through e.g., Business Intelligence and Power Platform. You will work closely with stakeholders from across the organisation to help identify manual, paper-based or complex processes and digitalising them to improve the efficiency, consistency, and quality. As a person, you are motivated by differentiation in your daily tasks as you will have your hands on many different projects. You will be part of a newly established team currently consisting of 6 skilled and professional employees. This gives you great opportunity to influence our way of working both within the team and with our stakeholders. The position As a key role in the team, your main tasks will include:
  • Identifying opportunities to simplify processes within ManDev
  • Supporting adoption and roll-out of digital initiatives
  • Structuring and harmonising various types of data
  • Developing data visualisations and converting data into insights
  • Help drive the digital agenda in ManDev
  • Qualifications
  • You hold a Master’s degree within Business Administration, Computer Science or similar and have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience within Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Power Platform Development
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experienced in MS Office (Excel and Power Point)
  • Experienced in Alteryx/Tableau, Microsoft Power Platform or equivalent Business Intelligence tools
  • Proficient in presenting data in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

About the department IFP ManDev supports the IFP production sites across the world by creating innovative improvements to production processes while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance. Our team, ManDev Digitalisation is part of IFP ManDev Business Support which consists of around 20 employees incl. management support, financial planning, strategy and business plans, training, quality, facility management as well as environment, health & safety.
