Partner to drive the lean programme across Research Area Are you driven by continuous improvement, LEAN leadership, systematic problem solving, digitalisation and process optimisation? Then apply now! The position As Senior Lean Partner you will be a part of the CVP area CMC API Pilots in Research & Early Development. The area is responsible for API production supporting clinical trials and process transfer to market production. You will have a workday with a large degree of independence and at the same time, you will have the chance to work closely with colleagues across all levels of the organisation. The majority of the work will be in Bagsværd. Amongst others, your role will include:
Establish & maintain process flows / VSM across API Pilots supply chain Coach and train both employees in good lean practice Support a kaizen culture Support the CMC API Pilots management team, setting direction for Strategy to action plan initiatives and facilitating necessary meetings
Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to: Master’s degree within Engineering, Supply Chain Management, business, or any other relevant field Min. 5 years of relevant work experience of applying lean tools, including developing, supporting and driving improvements , preferably from manufacturing/pharmaceutical industry (GMP) Have solid workplace presentation skills and experience with facilitating workshops Full proficiency in English is a requirement for this position

Your communication and human skills enable you to coach all types of stakeholders via feedback and reflection sessions. Finally, you see opportunities rather than limitations and are able to meet different needs of the customer in production.
